In addition to our usual plumbing services to schools, Smith Brothers Plumbing commenced the Water & Energy Saving - Community Water Grants contract in 2006 to supply and install water & energy saving initiatives for schools in Adelaide metropolitan and country. Water and energy saving initiatives have included plumbing rainwater tanks to supply toilet flushing, push button taps, installing dual flush toilets, waterless urinals and flow control valves.

We have ongoing preventative and comprehensive maintenance contracts for major hospitals, nursing homes and residential care homes. We provide permanent on-site plumbers for SA's largest mental health facility.
