The Smith Brothers made it their goal in 1985 to provide better service than any other plumbing business in Australia by offering superior customer service and high reliability; by building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers that exceeded expectations of service, integrity and value.
Smith Brothers were the first plumbers to offer ‘same day service’ and a ‘plumber within the hour’ while other plumbers were still in ‘I’ll be there tomorrow or the next’ mode. Pipeline Technology Services was one of the first of its kind in Australia.
This continuing commitment to exceeding expectations of customers’ needs makes Smith Brothers the leaders in customer service and innovation.
Today, the Smith Brothers Group is one of Australia’s largest Plumbing and Pipeline Contracting businesses, employing over 150 employees in Construction, Service, Hot Water and Pipeline divisions from the head office in Adelaide, South Australia.
